Role includes leading both management teams in identifying and correcting critical problems; reducing and streamlining overhead expenses, strengthening product gross margins, overhauling and improving operating processes and systems, resolving quality and warranty issues, and differentiating product lines.
- Solely responsible for P&L, operations, strategy, financing, creation of company culture, human resources and compliance. Role will oversee and direct sales and marketing efforts. - Led team of 20+ delivery consultants for Prime Therapeutics optimizing operations for rapid growth.
